Eucharist is a mystery which is at the very center of Catholic life.  It is the source and the summit of all preaching of the Gospel and is the center of the assembly of the faithful.

1st Communion preparation is for those 7 or older (typically 2nd grade or above).  Celebration of 1st Reconciliation is a prerequisite for 1st Communion.  1st Reconciliation is usually celebrated during the same school year as 1st Communion.

At least one parent/guardian must attend all preparation sessions and the rehearsal with any children/teens preparing for the sacrament. If you miss a session, you must with the Director of Faith Formation to schedule your make-up at another parish.
